Robotic-assisted LVA redirects lymph fluid to venous system

Adult male with secondary lower limb lymphedema of unknown origin. Manual vessel prep followed by robotic-assisted anastomosis using Symani and microscope. Two connections (end-to-end and end-to-side) created to redirect lymph fluid. Positive clinical outcome achieved.
