PRIMO: Post-Market, Non-Randomized, Multicentre PMCF Study to Monitor the Safety and Performance of Symani System in Microsurgical Reconstructive Procedures in a Real Life Setting
A post market clinical follow up study aimed to monitor the safety and efficacy of Symani to perform microsurgery techniques such as anastomosis, suturing and ligation for open surgery procedures such as free flap and lymphatic reconstruction.
Region: Europe / Number of Sites: 10 / No. of Participants: 429
PRECISE: A Post-market, Real-world Experience: Expanding Access to Care by Incorporating the Symani® Surgical System and Enabling Surgeons
PRECISE evaluates the safety and effectiveness of the Symani System for patients undergoing free tissue transfer surgery and lymphovenous anastomosis surgery and aims to provide valuable insights into how Symani can enhance surgical outcomes and improve patient care.
Region: United States / Number of Sites: 15 / No. of Participants: 455
REMIND: Robotic-Enabled Microsurgical Intervention for Neurodegenerative Disease
This investigational device exemption (IDE) study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of using Symani and microsurgical techniques in the deep cervical lymph nodes (dCLNs) in the setting of mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease and lymphatic obstruction.
Region: Global / Number of Sites: 3 / No. of Participants: 15
REGEN: A Study to Expand the Use of Symani® Surgical System for Peripheral Nerve Repair
The REGEN study is a post-market, randomized, open-label study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the Symani System for peripheral nerve repair following hand nerve injuries. Participants will be divided into two groups, with 50 patients undergoing robotic-assisted surgery, and 50 patients undergoing manual surgery.
